MOONTON Games, the studio behind Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Magic Chess: Go Go, has officially announced its latest title: Warp Knights. This new 3D real-time tower attack RPG is coming to Android, iOS, and PC, with its first major showcase recently held at ChinaJoy 2025. The demo featured a shooting challenge, Sister Renee’s clinic, and more early in-game content.
A Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi Story Begins
Set in a fractured sci-fi future, Warp Knights picks up after a decisive human victory against alien invaders. Despite the triumph, the world remains unstable. You play as one of the heroes who mysteriously vanished 50 years ago—now awakened to carry on humanity’s fight for survival.
The game’s story begins in 2053, when alien forces first descended, triggering humanity’s downfall. Using salvaged alien tech, humans pushed back and reclaimed their world. But on Victory Day, those who led the fight disappeared. In the present, peace is tenuously maintained by three powerful alliances.
Real-Time Tactical Combat with Tower Attack Mode
Despite the apparent calm, alien threats still lurk in the mist surrounding the city of New Noah. As a commander, you’ll engage in Tower Attack mode, deploying your squad across real-time battlefields to dismantle enemy towers and outsmart their defenses. Strategic planning and fast execution are key to survival.
Players can command a variety of characters from multiple classes, adding a layer of depth and flexibility to each mission.
MOONTON’s Ambitious Leap into New Territory
Based on gameplay clips shared from ChinaJoy and YouTube, Warp Knights boasts visually impressive graphics powered by next-gen PBR (Physically Based Rendering) technology, realistic 3D models, and a diverse cast of heroes.
Coming from the developers of Silver and Blood, Warp Knights signals MOONTON’s ambition to branch into new genres and narratives. While early feedback on gameplay is mixed, there’s potential for refinement before the global release.
